Raven Texas Wall MapExquisitely detailed shaded relief map of the state vividly enhanced with graduated color tints to show major elevation levels. Details include lakes, rivers, creeks, and marshes. Spot elevations are provided for high points and key cities and towns.
Although major and minor roads are shown with numbering, these maps are not well-suited for trip planning or business-purposes, for the road data are not easy to see; the beauty of the physical features definitely take precedence. Also shows railways and airports(printed the same neutral color as the roads); and numerous cities and towns large and small (see sample at right.) The lettering for the small towns and other fine details on the map is quite small, and is not recommended for those without sharp vision.
