Excellent detailed travel map printed on two sides, employs shaded relief to indicate the hilly and mountainous areas of the country. The north half of Sweden on one side, the south side on the reverse. (See sample at right.) Roads of many different sizes are plotted and readily distinguished. Point-to-point distances along major and secondary roads are indicated in kilometers. Also shown are railways and ferries, plus airports, airfields, churches, camping sites, castles, monuments, caves, spas, and more. Many peaks are indicated, with elevations in meters. Adjacent portions of Norway and Denmark are treated in equal detail.A 63 page booklet attached to the card cover provides a comprehensive index, as well as color detail maps showing the major streets of central Göteborg, Linköping, Stockholm, Sundsvall, Umea, and Uppsala. The key explains symbols in Swedish, German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, two indeterminate Slavic languages (Polish & Czech?), and Hungarian.
