Detailed coverage of the both states with topographic sectional maps and street map details for selected cities.  The sectional maps cover 52 pages of the atlas, and feature shaded relief and elevation contours to reveal the form of the land.  They show roads of all sizes, including local roads, and trails, railways, major powerlines, wooded areas, wetlands, peaks, points of interest, hospitals, visitor centers, boat launch sites, public campgrounds, golf courses, and more.  Place names are indexed.  There are also eight pages of city maps covering most of the streets of Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, amd the Providence area.  The city maps are separately indexed.

The gazetteer features charts or descriptions of ski areas, recreation areas, scenic drives, campgrounds, trails, historic sites, attractions, fishing, hunting, unique natural features, paddling, and golf courses—all keyed to the maps.

Detailed road map of our smallest state, printed on two sides.  One side shows the whole state and large portions of adjacent Massachusetts and Connecticut.  Block Island is shown in an inset.  An index stretches across the bottom of the sheet.  The reverse side has an inset map of downtown Providence.  The remainder of this side is filled with tourist, resident and recreational information, including a golf course directory, beaches, camping areas, trout ponds and streams, hospitals, and descriptions of "special points of interest" in the state.
