Puerto Rico Wall Maps
![]() USGS Puerto Rico e Islas Limítrofes Topographic Shaded Relief Wall Map Detailed topographic map employs shaded relief to show the form of the mountains. Flatter areas are emphasized with a green tint. (See above, with detail at right.) Elevation contours are included (in meters, not feet), with elevations given for slected peaks. Cities, towns, and smaller communities are marked. An inset shows the boundaries of "Distritos Senatoriales" (which, however, are outdated). Boundaries of the commonwealth's municipios are marked and labeled. Shows primary and secondary highways, and other principal roads, with the main roads numbered. As you would expect from a topographic map, it also shows lakes, rivers, creeks, and other water features, with many of them labeled. The place names and explanatory text are entirely in Spanish, so English monoglots beware! Besides the main island, coverage includes Isla Mona, Isla de Vieques, Isla de Culebra, and smaller islands. The whole map is marked with latitude and longitude lines at 15 minute intervals. Note the date of publication, below: This is not a map for current roads and other features, but for general appreciation of the geography. I have been unable to locate a wall map of Puerto Rico any more recent.
