USGS State of New Jersey Shaded Relief Wall Map
Detailed topographic map of the state, printed on one side only, features shaded relief to give the mountains and hills the illusion of three dimensions. Flatter areas are given a green tint. Shows rivers, creeks, lakes, ponds and other bodies of water. Shows cities, towns, and smaller communities; major and minor roads and railways; county boundaries and names. Lines of latitude and longitude are provided at one degree intervals.
The image above shows the full map. At right is a sample showing a portion of the southern part of the state. No details of bordering areas outside New Jersey are shown, other than the coastline and state boundaries.Note the publication date: This is not a map you buy for the latest roads, but for the portrayal of the topography.
