Naive
"Naive" is here understood to mean simple guilelessness, not credulity.  
The latter definition is too often disdainfully applied, but true naivity simply
means that one has no hidden agendas, is not two-faced, is not
attempting to manipulate others.  It does not mean one is
gullible, ignorant, inexperienced, or stupid.  It is a state to be aspired to, especially
difficult and brave in this cynical age.

Hence the "dare" in Fuller's exhortation.
