International Travel Maps Cook Islands

Great travel maps of the island of Tahiti and the other islands of the Society Archipelago: Moorea, Maupiti, Tahaa, Raiatea, Huahine, Tetiaroa, Bora-Bora, Tupai, and Maiao.  It is printed on one side only.  The mountainous terrain of the larger islands is shown in shaded relief.  (See sample at right.)  Most of the text is in French.  The legend, however, also gives English translations for the map symbols.  To provide the largest scale, all but the closest islands are shown separately.  An inset shows the whole chain at small scale in proper relation to one another.  Another inset shows the town of Papeete in detail.
