BLM Little Horn Mountains, Arizona, Surface Management Status
Printed on one side only, the map employs elevation contours to show the form of the land.  Color tints distinguish land management agencies: yellow for BLM, green for wildlife refuges, pink for military reservation, blue for state lands, and white for private land.  Shows reservoirs, rivers, streams, creeks, washes, springs, and wells.  Township and section lines are marked.  Roads of all classes are depicted (with BLM roads numbered).  Shows major pipelines, radio towers, mines and quarries, railroads, landing strips and more.  (See sample below.)

There are no major (state or federal) highways in this region.  There are no towns or cities in the region.  The far west side of the map is within Kofa National Wildlife Refuge, and to the east of this is a portion of Yuma Proving Ground.  Painted Rocks State Park is in the lower right corner, but not marked.  The area is within Yuma, La Paz, and Maricopa counties.

Physical features shown are the Kofa Mountains, King Valley, part of Castle Dome Mountains, Ranegras Plain, Little Horn Mountains, Tank Mountains, Palomas Plain, Palomas Mountains, Eagletail Mountains, Nottbusch Valley, Hyder Valley, Harquahala Plains, Gila Bend Mountains, Saddle Mountain, Face Mountain, Oatman Mountain, and Dendora Valley.
