Detailed map printed on two sides. One side shows the map of the whole state; insets give details of the major streets in five major cities and towns, including Danbury, Bridgeport, New London, Hartford, and New Haven. There is also an index and a table of mileages.The reverse size is full of information, with brief descriptions of Special Points of Interest, and tables of campgrounds, public recreation areas, and beaches. Reflecting on the needs of commuters, several panels list park and ride lots, with locations and number of spaces. Finally, there are lists of lighthouses, covered bridges, and scenic byways; another panel describes briefly the history of the state.
