Glacier National Park topo bandana map
Covers much of the park in topographic detail, more or less centered on Going to the Sun Road. Includes most of Livingston and Lewis ranges, and many lakes such as Sherburne, Saint Mary, Lower St. Mary, McDonald, and Harrison. Shows trails, campgrounds, trails, and as appropriate for this park, glaciers.
These maps, however, should be used more for ornament than for orientation.
A Nature Facts Bandana by The Printed Image. Marked “100% cotton.” Measures about 21 x 21 inches.
Item #975GLACNP. Shipping weight: 0.3 lb. Your price: $5.75 (Out of stock; not expected to restock until fall)
Shows the most frequently visited eastern portions of the park, including the popular Bright Angel-Kaibab Trail corridors. Shaded relief has been added to the USGS base map which enhances the elevation contour lines. The image at lower left shows a detail of the bandana.
While better than nothing as a map, bandana maps are largely decorative, since cloth is a less than perfect medium for printing fine details, and in some cases you may not be able to distinguish important trails, place names, and other features.
A Nature Facts Bandana by The Printed Image. Marked “100% cotton.” Measures about 20 x 20 inches.

Other images show a bighorn sheep, ancient twig sculptures, a banded gecko, Kaibab squirrel, and a patch of yucca and cacti.

Grand Teton National Park topo bandana map
Shows most of the park, including most of Jackson Lake, most of the Teton Range, and much of the flatlands known as Jackson Hole as far south as Teton Village; includes considerable acreage of land outside of the park, especially to the east, with coverage to Gravel Mountain and East Leidy. Elevation contours show the form of the land. Shows roads, trails, lodges, campgrounds, and more. Should be used primarily for ornament, not as your main hiking map.
A Nature Facts Bandana by The Printed Image. Marked "100% cotton." Measures about 21 x 21 inches.
Shows much of the more commonly visited western end of the park and adjacent cities. Topographic contours show elevations, a green tint shows wooded areas. Campgrounds and other recreational features are shown. This one is based on a map by Tom Harrison.
As with other cloth maps, printing is imperfect, and you should not plan to depend solely on this map to get around. But it is a wonderfully decorative scarf for map lovers and will help you learn the park’s geographic features as well.
A Nature Facts Bandana by The Printed Image. Measures about 20 x 20 inches.
Item #975JT. Shipping weight: 0.3 lb. Your price: $5.75
This topographic cloth map shows about half of the park, including Trail Ridge Road, the Fall River entrance, a large number of peaks along the Continental Divide, and south as far as the north part of Grand Lake and to Longs Peak.
Includes roads and trails as well as elevation contours, but as with all cloth maps, printing may be hard to read or even slightly off-register. These maps "are not intended for compass orientation"—as the warning printed on them says—and in fact are not that great for any kind of orientation. But they are colorful and do give you more than a general idea of the landscape.

Item #975RMNP. Shipping weight: 0.3 lb. Your price: $5.75
Includes some of the more popularly visited areas of the vast park, including upper and lower Yellowstone Falls, Upper and Lower Geyser basins, Old Faithful Inn, and Yellowstone, Shoshone, and Lewis lakes. Elevation contours enhanced by shaded relief show the form of the land. Also shows roads, trails, campgrounds, and mores.
Remember that cloth maps are not intended for compass orientation, and because of printing imperfections on cloth, are more difficult to read than paper maps. Consider this map ornamental, functional only as a backup map if you have no other one to use.
